HOW IT WORKS
Session 1
I will look at the answers from your intake questionnaire (part of the booking process) and use them to guide you through an initial practice that will help me further assess your needs.
Session 2
I’ll have a personalized sequence ready for you. I’ll walk you through it during our session and give you a sequence sheet to use for your personal practice.
Session 3
We’ll use this session for you to give me feedback on how it’s been working for you and whether we want to make any final tweaks.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
- a 7 day recording of each of the three sessions so that you can revisit them and don’t have to worry about making notes.
- tips on how to build and maintain the habit of your personal practice as well as guidelines for listening to your body while you do.
- support via email, voice message, and/or text throughout.
