Private sessions are a dialog. Throughout the whole process, I will listen to your needs and consider your specific situation as well as the physiology of your instrument/musical medium. I will then work out a practice that will help move you closer to your goals and walk alongside you as you discover the benefits of yoga for musicians.

We’ll meet for a 60 minutes private session online via Zoom. All you need is to choose a time in my calendar that’s convenient for you, a space to roll out your yoga mat, yoga props if you have them, a computer/laptop/iPad and good internet connection.

How it works
  • Choose your package.

  • Pay for your package with Stripe.

  • Book the initial consultation with me. I’ll ask you questions that will help me personalise the program specifically to your needs.

  • Book your first Musicians’ Yoga session/s.

  • You’ll get an email with all the details and a link to join the sessions, as well as a reminder a day before our appointment.

  • Before the session, change into comfortable exercise wear, close the door and tell the rest of your family that you’re not available for the next 60 minutes, roll out your mat and place your computer on a chair or desk so that you can see the screen from your mat and I can see your whole body.

  • Click on the link in your confirmation email. If it’s your first time using Zoom, it will prompt you to download the software. Don’t worry, this is perfectly safe. After you joined the meeting activate your sound and camera so I can hear and see you, too.

  • After the class, I will send you a link to the replay so you can watch the class again whenever you want for the next week.
