RINGS A BELL?
I bet you know what I’m talking about — those times when there’s a task ahead of you that you’re dreading. Suddenly you’d do anything else but the thing that you know you should be doing. I’m no stranger to this but over time I’ve learned to recognise it. Recognise that it’s actually my brain trying to keep me safe, albeit a bit misguided. And recognise that those are precisely the situations where personal growth happens. Because, as much as I wish it was the case, it won’t be in your comfort zone.

We chat all things self-doubt, Claire reveals what life coaching is all about and how musicians can benefit from it.
